Step A
Once you provide a few basic details using our simple Sell My Land form, our team will begin a thorough due diligence process. Our underwriting department will evaluate your property using accurate market data and price-per-square-foot analysis to ensure we present you with the most competitive offer possible.
Step B
Once we confirm that your land meets our purchasing criteria, our underwriting team will evaluate the property and determine a fair offer. We’ll then reach out via phone or email to discuss the next steps and how we can move forward together.
Step C
Once we’ve reached an agreement, we’ll prepare a standard purchase agreement used by our closing attorneys. After it's signed, the agreement will be automatically submitted to the title company to begin the closing process.
Step 4
The title company will confirm receipt of the purchase agreement, and we’ll promptly deposit the earnest money. They will then contact you directly and provide a Seller Information Sheet to complete.

There are a few different ways which you can sign the contract with us, the first being through Docusign. The contract will be sent via email where you can electronically sign and we will momentarily receive the completed contract once all parties on the title have completed it. The second way is by us sending a PDF and you printing it out, signing it and scanning it back over to us. We can also meet in person somewhere in Central Texas and sign in person, or we can mail out the contract to be signed and returned; whatever you as the seller feel the most comfortable doing.

We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.

We always give a market value cash offer based on what similar properties are currently listed for in the area. Unlike other investors and cash buyers, we want to give a fair cash offer that is at or above market value to give our sellers an advantage in comparison to listing with a realtor.
